I offer trauma-informed, somatic therapy with a specialization in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). This approach goes beyond talk therapy to address how early survival patterns still show up in your life today, helping you reconnect with yourself and build healthier ways of relating.

Yes. I provide in-person therapy sessions in St. Petersburg, Florida, as well as online therapy throughout Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

I work primarily with bright, thoughtful women who feel stuck in old patterns such as self-abandonment, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout. Many of my clients are okay on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or unseen on the inside.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you here, what you’d like to change, and what you hope for in therapy. I’ll also answer your questions about my approach so you can decide if this feels like a good fit.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes once per week. Frequency can shift over time depending on your needs and goals.

I am an out of network provider in Florida. I can check your out of network coverage and provide a superbill for reimbursement.
