Trauma, Anxiety & Relational Therapy in Florida

I offer therapy and healing-oriented services for adults seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others. My work is grounded in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a relational and somatic approach that helps address the lasting impact of developmental trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and survival patterns formed through earlier life experiences.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning adults who appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Therapy can become a space to better understand these patterns with compassion rather than shame and begin moving toward greater self-trust, emotional freedom, and authenticity.

I currently provide online services throughout Florida, including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Miami, Orlando, and surrounding areas.

Online Trauma & Anxiety Therapy for Adults in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Texas.

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and better understand the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns shaping your life. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or chronic self-criticism. Others may feel disconnected from themselves despite appearing successful or “fine” externally.

My approach integrates NARM, relational psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented exploration. Together, we work to understand not only symptoms, but the deeper adaptations and survival patterns underneath them.

Therapy may help you:

  • Develop greater self-trust and emotional clarity

  • Understand relationship and attachment patterns

  • Reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Build healthier boundaries

  • Reconnect with your needs, emotions, and sense of self

  • Explore the impact of childhood experiences and relational trauma

  • Move from survival patterns toward greater authenticity and connection

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic overthinking

  • Childhood trauma and attachment wounds

  • Relationship and intimacy struggles

  • People-pleasing and self-abandonment

  • Emotional burnout

  • Hyper-independence

  • Shame and self-criticism

  • Difficulty trusting themselves or others

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

Dream Group

Dream Exploration & Depth-Oriented Group Work

Dreams can offer a powerful window into the unconscious, emotional life, inner conflicts, creativity, and parts of ourselves that may not yet have language. Dream work can help deepen self-awareness, emotional insight, and connection to the symbolic and unconscious dimensions of experience.

My dream groups are designed as reflective and supportive spaces where participants can explore dreams through a relational, Jungian, and emotionally grounded lens. Rather than interpreting dreams in a rigid or authoritative way, the process focuses on curiosity, symbolism, emotional resonance, and the personal meaning that emerges through exploration.

Dream groups may support:

  • Greater self-understanding

  • Emotional insight

  • Creativity and self-expression

  • Exploration of unconscious patterns

  • Connection to intuition and inner life

  • Personal growth and transformation

Groups may include guided reflection, discussion, symbolic exploration, and opportunities for relational insight within the group process.

Starting the Process

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying things alone or feeling responsible for others.
