Compassionate, thorough, and clinically grounded evaluations for immigration cases.

At The Soul Filled Path, I offer psychological evaluations for individuals and families navigating immigration-related legal proceedings. These evaluations are designed to help document the emotional, psychological, relational, and practical impact of immigration hardship, trauma, separation, violence, or uncertainty.

My approach is careful, respectful, and trauma-informed. I understand that many people come to this process carrying fear, grief, shame, stress, or painful histories that may be difficult to speak about. My goal is to create a space where your story can be told with dignity and clinical clarity.

Evaluation Services

I provide immigration psychological evaluations for cases such as:

  • Hardship waivers

  • VAWA petitions

  • Trauma-related immigration matters

Each evaluation includes a clinical interview, review of relevant documents when available, psychological screening measures when appropriate, and a written report that can be shared with your attorney.

What the Evaluation Explores

Depending on the type of case, the evaluation may address:

  • Symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress

  • History of abuse, violence, loss, or family separation

  • Emotional and psychological hardship

  • Medical, financial, caregiving, and family impacts

  • Fear of returning to the country of origin

  • Loss of support systems

  • Impact on children, spouses, parents, or other qualifying relatives

  • Cultural, social, and safety concerns

A Thoughtful and Respectful Process

These evaluations are not just paperwork. They involve real human stories, often shaped by migration, sacrifice, danger, family responsibility, and survival.

I work to make the process as clear and supportive as possible while producing a professional report that is organized, detailed, and useful to the legal team.

Evaluations are available in English or Spanish.
